RETURN&EXCHANGE POLICY

I. PRODUCT RETURN / EXCHANGE

  • Customers can request to return or exchange the purchased products within 30 (thirty) days from the receipt of the purchase.
  • Return or exchange request can not be processed if the customer requests to return or exchange more than 30 days from the receipt of the purchase.
  • You can submit the return or exchange request online via www.thefthing.com > contact us > customer service or you can contact The F Thing Customer Service at (+62)21- 3906001, WhatsApp (+62)8111138080, Official Line @fthing, email cs@thefthing.com for assistance.
  • After the return or exchange request is approved by The F Thing, the customer can send the product to The F Thing PT. Nusantara Sarana Outlet warehouse at Gedung Financial Center (Fincen) Main Lobby, Jl. Kebon Sirih Kav 18-19, Central Jakarta.
  • The F Thing is not responsible for the products that don't reach the warehouse. After the products received, The F Thing will check the conditions of the products. Products that are not suitable with the Return&Exchange policy will be denied.

II. THE COST FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE PRODUCTS

The cost will be subjected to the customer from their address to The F Thing warehouse. The F Thing will be subjected for the cost from the warehouse to the customer's address, if the product passes the conditions of Return&Exchange policy.If the product is found unsuitable based on the policy, both costs will be subjected to the customer.

III. EXCEPTION FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE PRODUCTS

Unless the products are damaged, defective, or faulty, customers are not permitted to return or exchange products under the following categories:

  • Lingerie and underwear
  • Swimsuit
  • Beauty products
  • Perfumes
  • Customized products
  • Accessories

IV. REFUND POLICY

  • Request for a refund can only be processed if products are unavailable and there's an error in delivering the product
  • Request for a refund should be informed to Customer Service The F Thing within 30 days from the receipt of the purchase.
  • The F Thing will follow up the request within 2 working days.
  • The F Thing will accept or refuse the refund request based on the policy.
  • The F Thing will provide 2 refund methods;
    • A store credit so customers can return and shop at www.fthing.com
    • Cash refund via transfer from Bank Transfer will be refunded within 14 working days. And if the customer uses credit card, the credit limit will be refunded within 21 days or in the next bill.
    • We advise customers to pay the minimum payment first prior the payment due, an auto deduction will be processed from the bank issuer.
