The items that have been bought can be returned within 3 days (working days) from the receipt of your purchase. Returned items must be kept intact and unused. Items must be returned in the original box and/or packaging. You have to submit to return the purchased products via our website or you can contact our Customer Service for help. All costs related to the returned items are covered by the customer.

What classifies as non-returnable purchased items?

Customers are not allowed to return or exchange if the items are: items that are bought from outside Indonesia, lingerie and underwear, swimwear, beauty products, perfumes, and customized products.
